E2 & L1 VISAS

Visas are available for people who are interesting in working and investing in Florida and throughout the United States. Suncoast Business Consultants recommends consultation with an immigration attorney in these cases. An attorney who specializes in this area of the law can provide guidance and consultation to you. Realize your dreams of business ownership in the United States. The most common visas issued related to business ownership are the E2 and L1 VISAS.

E2 VISAS usually requires an investment of at least $100,000 but can be more or less depending on your countries specific requirements. One of the main factors that determine approval of the E2 Visa is the “Business Plan”. We can recommend several attorneys or companies that can assist you with preparing the “Business Plan”.

L1 VISAS – This Visa is available to owners of businesses in foreign countries who wish to conduct business in the U.S. The “designated representative” of the business can apply for inter-company transfer  and obtain “permanent resident status” and subsequently a Green Card at a future date.

EB5 VISASThe EB-5 program “affords foreign nationals and their spouses and unmarried children under age 21 the ability to obtain a U.S. visa based solely upon a minimum investment in a for-profit enterprise that creates or retains a specified number of jobs”.

***Please see our webpage of businesses that should qualify for a Visa. This information is updated each day. You can also inquire about franchising and area/master development. “Visa Qualified Buisnesses”
