VISAS

Visas are available for people who are interesting in working and investing in Florida and throughout the United States. Suncoast Business Consultants recommends consultation with an immigration attorney in these cases. An attorney who specializes in this area of the law can provide guidance and consultation to you.

Realize your dreams of business ownership in the United States. The most common visas issued related to business ownership are the E2 and L1 visas.

E2 – Usually requires an investment of at least $100,000 but may be more or less depending on a variety of factors such as country origin. This Visa is open to treaty countries with the U.S.

L1 – This Visa is available to owners of businesses in foreign countries who wish to conduct business in the U.S. The “designated representative” of the business can apply for inter-company transfer  and obtain “permanent resident status” and subsequently a Green Card at a future date.

***Please see our webpage of businesses that should qualify for Visa. This information is updated on each day. You can also inquire about franchising and area/master development.
