Suncoast Business Consultants offers a rebate and credit when you work with our real estate brokerage to purchase a new or pre-construction property. This is permitted under Florida law so long as all parties involved in the transaction are notified.
Contact us first before speaking with the builder or developer otherwise we CANNOT help you. A licensed agent from our office will accompany you to the first showing if required by the developer / construction company. You can $AVE a significant amount of money by working with our brokerage.
Suncoast Business Consultants will credit up to Fifty (50%) Percent of the commission that is actually received by our office on new and pre-construction projects. Sometimes there are limitations as to how much of the commission can be credited (rebate) and we must abide by the developer (builder’s) and lenders rules.
This offer does NOT apply to resales, our current listings, co-brokered listings or ongoing concerns.
Example of $avings. Property Price = $500,000, Broker commission is $20,000. Your rebate = $10,000.
The rebate (credit) can be in the form of a check or as a credit on the closing costs.
